Romer Labs fabric swabs, also known also swab cloths, are pre-moistened with 10 ml of your buffer of choice. The cloth is a blue, biocide-free, non-woven, wood-pulp/polyester fabric, measuring at 28 x 32 cm, folded twice and placed in a 55 oz., 7.5 x 12" (19 x 30 cm) Twirl-Tie™ bag. Bags can be opened easily with the attached pull-tabs and include a label area for sample identification. Like all microbial sampling products, they are irradiated for proven sterility.

Drag swab kits are sterile sampling devices used to sample poultry litter for pathogenic organisms such as Salmonella. The 12-ply 4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm) biocide-free cotton gauze or 3" x 1.5" (7.5 x 3.5 cm) biocide-free cellulose sponge are re-moistened with 10 ml skim milk packaged in foil pouches or 120 ml plastic screw-cap. The shelf life is 24 months (in foil) or 12 months (in vial) from production. Swabs are vailable with or without string attached (6 ft, 1.8 m). Twirl-tie bag (24 oz; 5.5" x 9") and gloves are included (except 10002378 and 10002374). Bags can be opened easily with attached pull tabs and inlcude a label area for sample identification. Drag swabs are irradiated for proven sterility.

Boot Cover Swab kits are sterile sampling devices used to sample poultry litter for pathogenic organisms such as Salmonella. The Boot Cover Swabs are made out of a 5.9” x 5.9” (15 cm x 15 cm) biocide-free cotton-polyester blend fabric sewn in a sock shape with an integrated elastic band sewn into the top in order to aid in securing it to the boot. Available dry or pre-moistened with either skim milk or buffered peptone water, packaged in a twirl–tie lab bag. The bags can be opened easily with attached pull tabs and include a label area for sample identification. Boot Cover Swabs are irradiated for proven sterility.
