The AgraQuant® Gluten is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the quantitative analysis of gliadin in food samples. Samples can vary from raw to processed foods, from environmental swabs to rinse water. This product is intended for laboratory use.
