The AgraQuant® T-2/HT-2 test kit is an accurate and reliable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in a quantitative format. Used in conjunction with an ELISA reader, such as the Byonoy Absorbance 96 or the BioTek model, it enables direct interpretation and continuous documentation of results. AgraQuant® T-2/HT-2 ELISA test kits are ideal for parallel measurement of multiple samples, offering incubation times as low as 20 minutes for up to 42 samples.

Matériaux
Materials supplied in the standard product
- antibody coated microwells in a microwell holder
- non-coated dilution microwells
- 5 vials of T-2 /HT-2 standard (0; 24; 120; 240 and 500 ppb)
- 1 green-capped bottle of T-2/HT-2 toxin-conjugate solution
- 1 blue-capped bottle of substrate solution
- 1 red-capped bottle of stop solution

- 50% Methanol (50:50 methanol:water) or

- 8-channel and single channel pipettes capable of pipetting 100µL and 200µL with tips
