The AgraQuant® Histamine Rapid is an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the quantification of histamine levels in foods, such as fish meal, canned fish, fresh fish, salted fish, and fish in oil. This product is intended for laboratory use.
