The AgraStrip® Pro Allergen Control Material set includes both positive and negative control materials, formulated to validate the performance of your AgraStrip® Pro allergen test kits. The positive control is a spiked rice flour matrix, incorporating traces of almond, beta-lactoglobulin, brazil nut, casein, cashew, coconut, crustacea, gluten, hazelnut, lupin, macadamia, milk, mustard, peanut, sesame, soy, walnut, and whole egg allergens.
