The LGC Allergen Reference Material - Egg white powder is a characterized allergenic ingredient with a known amount of egg allergen that can be used to produce quality controls or in the production of fortified and incurred samples. A certificate is provided stating uncertainty and traceability to SI. This reference material can be used with our AgraQuant® Egg white ELISA test kit.
