AgraQuant® Pro Macadamia test kits leverage cutting-edge sandwich ELISA technology for the sensitive and quantitative detection of macadamia proteins across a broad range of food matrices. Samples range from raw and processed foods to environmental swabs and rinse water, with results reported in ppm protein.

Materials supplied

  • 48 antibody-coated microwells (6 eight-well strips) in a microwell holder - sealed in a foil pouch
  • 48 transfer microwells (6 white eight-well strips) in a microwell holder - sealed in a foil pouch
  • 5 vials of 1 mL of ready-to-use standard solutions (0; 0.15; 0.7; 1.5 and 3.5 ppm)
  • 1 green-capped bottle of 7.5 mL of enzyme-conjugate solution (detection antibody)
  • 1 blue-capped bottle of 7.5 mL of substrate solution
  • 1 red-capped bottle of 7.5 mL of stop solution
  • 1 bottle of 100 mL of 10X concentrated extraction buffer A
  • 1 bottle of 30 mL of 20X concentrated wash buffer
